I have the pleasure of being associated with a great company in Cetera Investors, which is a part of the Cetera Financial Group, since the summer of 2019 when we were acquired from Foresters Financial. I have been in the industry for 25 years and in the role of Branch Manager for 15 of them.
In my role of Branch Manager, I have two primary focuses: The first is through organic growth, which is working with my advisors and doing what I can to help them build the enterprise value of their practices. I have worked with some of my team for my entire career which most people do not have the privilege to say. This has helped me form deep relationships that make our successes even more exciting. The help that I provide each day is through business development, being an accountability partner and creating a branch office value add that you can only appreciate if you see it. My goal is their success. The second part of my role is inorganic growth through recruiting. Cetera Investors is not perfect for all people but perfect for most. We strive to be a business partner so that the advisors can focus on the money-making activities of seeing people and making sales and take the non-income producing items off their plate. I treat advisors like my client by always providing a high level of service and availability.
Outside of work, I live in Old Tappan, NJ and enjoy spending time with my wife Christine and four children Megan, Charlie, Peyton and Landon. With my oldest in college and my youngest entering kindergarten, I have a wide range of activities that I participate in including coaching my youngest daughter’s softball team. As an avid NY sports fan, I have been disappointed for many years but there is hope on the horizon and will never stop cheering for my teams.
